This shirt is an imitation of Ann Taylor Loft's gray and yellow striped blouse. It's adorable! Sorry I couldn't get a better picture of the Ann Taylor Loft shirt. I think they don't sell it anymore. (out of stock???) The top picture says ended on it because it was on ebay.
